She works with OTAs, suppliers, and payments incumbents on cross-border processing strategy, FX optimization, virtual card economics, and BNPL adoption in travel. Before Concourse, she ran corporate strategy at a top-three global payments platform.
Marcus Chen
Marcus heads Concourse's AI and emerging-platforms practice, covering the impact of agentic commerce, foundation models, and operating-system shifts on travel distribution and supplier operations. He works with OTAs, hotels, airlines, and the AI labs themselves on go-to-market and commercial design.
